Returns & Refunds

Most items are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.

To start a return: sign in, open the order, and click Request Return. We reply with a shipping address within one business day.

Refund time: once the return arrives at the warehouse we issue a refund within 3 business days. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Non-returnable: intimate apparel, custom-printed items, opened cosmetics, digital downloads.
