Privacy Policy

This page describes what data DropShop Asia collects and how it is used. It is written by the store owner and is not an independent certification.

Data we collect: account email, shipping address, order history, and the technical data your browser sends (IP, user agent). Payment card data is handled by the payment processor and never stored on our servers.

How we use it: to fulfill orders, provide tracking, respond to support, prevent fraud, and send order-related email. We do not sell personal data.

Subprocessors: hosting is on Cloudflare Workers, database and auth on Supabase (Lovable Cloud), and outgoing email via our email provider. Shipping data is shared with the carrier delivering your order.

Your rights: you can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@dropshop.asia. We aim to respond within 30 days.
